Critique for Project Comment
I love the concept of this photo; you've done a great job setting up the lighting to give dramatic shadows without sacrificing important features in the model's face. The way she appears to be staring at you really leaves an impact on you long after you first see the photo. The detail in the photo is amazing throughout her face.
The only thing I can really ask of, improvement-wise, is that you perhaps recompose the shot so that the black area on the left is out of sight. If you don't want to do that, you can also reposition the model so her face is either away from the line or right on top of it--that little white space between the edge of her hair and the black is somewhat distracting.
What do you think?

Very nice shot. We can see the details of her face and more importantly the catch light in her eyes.
However, I would suggest to crop out the model's shade on the wall. There is nothing interesting about it... if her shade could reveal something else, as an example her ears!, then probably that would help the story of this image.
Also a little cropping from the left hand side would help as that area is completely dark.
The other thing I'd like to mention is that, the wall on the left side of the model is visible and we can see the lines of its bricks but at the right hand side it's been washed out. I think the source of light is too strong, if you're able to reduce the amount of light that would help. Because I believe part of model's face has burnt due to strong light. You could also keep an unbrella or a reflector at the other side to remove those harsh shade under eye and nose.

Again great concept and nice shot!

One little thing; I noticed from the EXIF data that your aperture is F/inf and your focal length is 0; what camera settings were you on? (The photo turned out perfectly fine, I'm just curious.)

Lets start off with you have very good contrast from light and dark yet there is some smoothness and texture that adds emotion to the picture and I love the constant light to dark, light to dark ect. makes you look at the whole picture. over all, good job and keep up the good work!
