Taken at Islington, London.

I was trying to capture that lad with the fluffy wolf hat, but instead this lady turned her head around and stares straight to the camera.

Firstly the black and white looks really good!! I couldn't really imagine it in colour because the photo would be too busy, so good job on the blank and white here. The texture and the focus is also very well done, very clear! :)

Another nice thing is that the 'main subject' you could say, is completely to one side of the picture and not in the busy centre. Otherwise there are many other interesting things in the photo if you look away from the main subject, which makes it interesting to look at all around.

Overall great capture over here!! :)

Great shot! I love the composition. There is one main thing you may need to look over, possibly something that could be fixed with some basic editing.

Of course with some background information (your artist description) I know that the subject is the woman who is facing the camera. But there are two subjects here. The man with the large adam's apple can also be considered a subject (with no prior information about the shot). I would suggest in editing, that you blur out his face, so that our eyes are drawn to the real subject, the woman.

The composition is great. I love the background, and the surrounding group of people, too.

Amazing shot, and with that tip, the viewer will be drawn to the candid expression on that woman's face! :)
